People's Climate March April, 29th

This year, a number of environmental and social justice organizations in the DFW metroplex (System Change Not Climate Change, Solidarity, Dallas Sierra Club, 350.org/Dallas, Democratic Socialists of America/Dallas, Our Revolution/Dallas, Dallas Action, Dallas Peace and Justice Center, No DAPL/Dallas,and Livable Arlington, Code Pink and others) came together to form the Coalition for Environmental Justice - North Texas(CEJ-NTX). The mission of CEJ is to bring together North Texas progressive/leftist organizations to become an effective movement for climate/environmental and economic justice in the region. Our first project is organizing a sister "People's Climate March" to 350.org's April 29th march in D.C. in the DFW metroplex. We have other climate justice actions planned as well.
