Governor Abbott Do NOT sign HB 3557 into law!
Please come out and RAISE YOUR VOICE to protect the first amendment and the environment!

We must tell Texas Gov. Greg Abbott not to sign HB 3557 into law! This "anti-protest" bill over-criminalizes peaceful protests at “critical infrastructures." It is devised to discourage use of our rights to free speech and intimidate activists/concerned citizens into silence. The oil & gas industry is behind the bill -- and similar anti-protest bills that have been introduced or passed in other states -- and the notorious American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) is involved in its development.
