Paul Dille was born & raised in Richardson, TX, graduating from UTD in 2000 with a degree in Psychology. He has worked in tech support, customer service, and as a Certified Financial Crimes Investigator.
Paul has studied various martial arts, in particular Wu Taiji Chuan, and Jeet June Do.

Paul remembers his first protest, in junior high school, against Desert Storm at a park in Richardson. "Racist skinheads crashed it, mocking us, then drove by spraying mace at the crowd."  Paul was always the one to break up fights at the many punk shows he attended. His first "official" peacekeeping job was the 2/15/03 Dallas Peace Center March. At the candlelight vigil against the Muslim ban on 1/28/17, Paul volunteered with In Solidarity. He joined the organizing leadership team and became the head peacekeeper for all In Solidarity events for the rest of the year. He then branched out to peacekeep for various group events, including the past three Dallas Women's Marches.

Paul is a graduate of the College Of Constructive Hellraising 2018 class. The class was lead by longtime organizer Jim Schermbeck using the Saul Alinsky's "Rules For Radicals" as a textbook, along with visits from important activists and organizers in the Dallas area.
